What is NLP?
NLP is the most advanced science available today for personal change and was born out of the study of human excellence. It is grounded in psychology and is the study of communication skills and how to improve those skills both internally and externally.
The techniques used have proved successful in all areas of life, because everything we do involves communication.
NLP continues to evolve and its tools and techniques have been embraced by many topranking organisations and training programmes.
What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Energy Psychology combines psychology with acupressure. It works within the context of established psychological principles such as the role of the conditioned response in human activity and the ways that early experiences shape current emotional and behavioural patterns. It is a contemporary application of methods that are at least 4,500 years old. EFT is a powerful tool which works exceptionally well with phobias.
What is TLT?
TLT (Time Line Therapy) is a visualization tool, used to go back in time to significant (emotional) events in your life which have a bearing on how you are interacting with others today. It's about going back, getting the learning, and if need be, resourcing the younger you then to create a change in perspective which is more beneficial and resourceful today.
